Also, yeah, I know she's a little, or a lot, broken. So is base Di. Vigne, really. One of her loadouts gives her Bouncing Blade as a weapon, which trivializes most combats on its own. So I don't think Warmage is especially out of line? But then, I haven't tested with later loops, so it might be that she ramps up in a way that ultimately does in fact outcompete that loadout's immediate power in terms of her ability to survive bosses on later loops.
The main cause is its interactions with Kunai or Viruspell, which are both 0 mana spells that are easy to get in bulk. Viruspell is notable for being able to get Flow mods alongside its spamminess. When you get either going, you'll have terrifying Flow (and thus spellpower) generation, leading to catastrophically powerful Minnie Gun, ZigZag, Diag Shot, or, my favorite, Sunshine. Imagine if you will a Sunshine that does 30-40 damage per hit.
You may need to take a page from Mother and have it cut your Flow stacks on shuffling, possibly even fully dumping all stacks.
Thanks for letting me know!
