TTS Voices

An addon that brings random TTS voices that are randomly chosen based off your players current name. Right now you don't really have an option to choose which voice you want. 100% client-sided!

Includes:
The Windows XP SAPI4 voices! (Randomly chooses between Sam, Mike, Mary, and 4 other generic voices)
Google Translate voices (Randomly chooses between English, French and Russian accents. May not work sometimes because Google hates it when people abuse their API)
DecTalk voice (Just one. Same voice used in Moonbase Alpha!)

You can change it to always be the DecTalk voice incase you're looking for a Moonbase Alpha TTS mod.

Based this addon off https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2062411371 which is based off another addon which I don't know of. This addon is practically an extension to that.

The idea of this addon was inspired from a Facepunch forum thread at https://forum.facepunch.com/t/gmod-tts-3d-voice-chatbox-text-to-speech-with-accents/197102, but that does not work anymore so I decided to make a better version of it.
