Fading Rainbow Material

This took too long.

Adds fading rainbow materials to your materials list in the material tool. Also includes a LightmappedGeneric version for use with Map Retexturizer and Hammer. Results will vary depending on the UV mapping on the model you change the material on.

I had this broken addon sitting on my PC for like 2 years (since 2019) and just now I fixed and published it.

Tip: When using with Map Retexturizer, change the texture scale to compess/expand the rainbow.

fading_rainbow/fading_rainbow (glowing, uses UnlitGeneric shader)
