Elithian Races - No Hostile Events (Drill Version)

Beskrivelse
Disables all hostile random events in the Elithian Races mod except for the Akkimari Drill encounter, but leaves the two Alliance supply drops untouched. If ERM updates their events this mod may stop working, but shouldn't cause issues. Can be uninstalled safely. Not client-side.

Thanks; the Akkimari are the most annoying and infuriating part about the Elithian Alliance mod.
