Witch-Hunter Di. - Boss Version

Description
Witch-Hunter Di is on the hunt! This boss is fast but fragile, with plenty of moves to lock you down before going in for the kill.

She fights in the Wasteland, and is ready stop you on your journey to Eden, using her dimension-hopping powers to bring enemies from dangerous places!

I made this a long time ago so I don't remember exactly, but if I'm not misremembering her movement is technically a random teleportation as part of each of her spells instead of being "movement", which means she will still teleport despite being rooted.

Question. Is it intended that Root just doesn't seem to work against her? Like, she gets the status effect, she just keeps moving anyway.

Very fun boss fight!
