[Photon] Victoria Police | 530d Wagon

This is a quick livery with a photon configuration, VCMod required for vehicle headlights, indicators, etc.

This addon and and the BMW X5 are part of the replacement for my old Victoria Police vehicle skin pack, my new addons will consist of higher quality liveries, plus photon setups for every vehicle I skin.
