New to Modding my Stellaris Game, Iv played Vanilla for Years. Does this Mod still work on 3.8?

If you take and finish the Expansion tradition tree, it gives you +1 max districts. So with this mod, Mastery of Nature & the Expansion tradition tree combined, you could have a maximum of 53 districts per planet.

So, with this, would the max amount of Districts be around 52?(Maximum planet+Mastery of Nature?)

Thanks! This is much more appealing than an arbitrary value IMO since every planet has a chance to shine without everything getting ridiculous.
