Question, Real Neutral LUT provides a few different options, which one are you using? I couldn't quite get it to match your screenshots, possibly other settings such as Exposure that is different from your system to mine, but my system loads the previously used theme instead of the appropriate theme...
One major problem, you don't list, and it's not on a sub-requirement, the "(OLD) [US Road Project] Highway Ramp," so the ends of your roads by the outside connections are broken... add this to your Required Items list: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1778182471
Without this, the map won't have traffic until fixed using the 81, which I'm glad to see listed for this reason.
Minor problem is drowned trees and some Willow branches overhanging the roads, this could be due to Tree Rotation (and of course Tree Anarchy), but I couldn't spin them in a way that didn't clip trains or vehicles on the bridges.
Cheers!
