This is a Testing Build of Bermaharajalela with a few tentative changes for Competitive play. I'm fairly satisfied with her balance casually, which is why this isn't being uploaded to the main build. If this gains enough traction competitively i'll probably merge them though.

Changes from base Bermaharajalela include

Bug Fixes (these will be merged later)
- Increased size of grounded electricity hurtbox to make hitting her out of electricity more consistent
- Made puddles more visually consistent

Balance Changes
- Puddles now decrease opponent friction only to around Etalus Ice amounts
- Being hit by a banana causes a 10 second window where you're exposed to pre-change puddle friction (only while standing on a puddle).
- Halved DSpecial recharge time (to 2 seconds)


It's a bit less simple than before, but it still accomplishes my design goals. I'm open to any feedback (especially with the specific numbers!)
