Sherman Renovation Contracts

Description
Usage: subscribe item, then run game -> Warehouse -> press tilde key ~ -> type command "contracts" (without quotes) -> contract will be available in mailbox

This is "pre-release" content for testing purposes. Game will support contract mission mods in patch 1.2.9
