Ford Mustang converted into a Funny Car.
The body parts were selected to make the nose look as long as possible, in order to get the unique style of the Funny Car with the extended front.
The engine is a larger V8 2carb OHV Supercharged engine mounted in the center of the car. The engine protrudes from the driver's seat, but this shouldn't be a problem for a Funny Car that has a one-piece molded body over the chassis. Swapping to other older V8 engines is also possible.
The exhaust pipe is located on the side of the vehicle. Two tanks for methanol fuel are mounted at the front of the vehicle. The windows have been removed because they interfere with the air scoop.
The front wheels were made smaller and the rear wheels larger to emphasize the forward leaning posture.
The original body can't be transformed, so the modifications can't be as extreme as the real Funny Car, but I think the atmosphere is there. Have fun with it!

Ford Mustangをファニーカーに改造しました。
フロントを延長したファニーカー独特のスタイルに近づくよう、できるだけ鼻面が長く見えるボディパーツを選択しました。
エンジンはV8 2carb OHV Superchargedを大型化し、車体中央に搭載しました。エンジンが運転席にはみ出しますが、シャーシの上に一体成型のボディをかぶせるファニーカーなら問題ないはずです。他の旧型V8エンジンへのスワップも可能です。
エキゾーストパイプは車体側面に設置。車体前部にはメタノール燃料用のタンクを２個搭載しました。エアスクープと干渉するためウィンドウは撤去しました。
前輪は小さく、後輪は太くして前傾姿勢をより強調しました。
既存のボディは変形できないので現実のファニーカーほど極端な改造はできませんが、雰囲気は出ていると思います。楽しんでください。
