SCP Chaos Insurgent

Description
The Chaos Insurgency consists of former agents of the SCP foundation, who defected from the Organization and attempted to destroy it. A Chaos Insurgent's role is to rescue Class-D personnel from the SCP Foundation, whether it be in a containment breach, or in any other event in which the SCP Foundation might have a weakness exposed.
