Sadly still needed, Broken mod at least from "Sunset" update. Causes issues with how utilities are rendered in the selection screen. Eg all utilities are on the electrictal tab instead of on the water and wiring tabs, but the latter two are still needed to show placed utilities

So you can house multiple inmates in a single cell with this mod? And the inmates still function normally?
If this is true please start selling this mod at least for $1 because your contribution is great.
