Description
The Barrett M82A1 from Insurgency: Sandstorm. Replaces the M14 EBR

REQUIRES THE SHARED RESOURCES PACK
  • Uses edited Sandstorm animations
  • Has a world model
  • Has a VGUI Icon
  • And yes, it's GGX

Note: The ironsights are permanently flipped down, so it's extremely difficult to aim without an optic. This is because the lack of modkit for the M14. The foregrip is also not visible in first-person, and normal animations are used when equipping the foregrip.

are ggx shaders broken on mac cause to me, the textures look awful and vanilla has better reflection on the gun

Sure thing. Also at some point, when I port all the weapons, I will probably compile a version of all the guns with all the animations so people can make proper custom Sandstorm theater.

I'm currently working on an Insurgency Overhaul mod, I'm personally using a theater that tweaks the full-auto M82A1, chambers it into 50BMG too. Right now, all of the weapons are basically every Katka's Sandstorm ports. I've made a collection for it, linked to my theater. The thing is, it's a collection and not a modpack so there's gonna be a lot files in the workshop that people might find confusing or cluttering.

So, is it okay to ask for permission to use this mod, along with your other ports into an overhaul mod pack? I'll link your collection for crediting.


If not allowed, I'll stick with the Collection method.
