Description
A deadly insurgency is on the rise. 99% of the staff and soldiers have been reassigned into other regions, leaving only the Pilot and his trusty national goon to squash the insurgency. With these shortcomings, the Pilot unlocks advanced upgrades such as instant movement and sophisticated rapid air superiority.

Just played the scenario again. Overall, I enjoyed it! The improvements make it massively easier, but thats fine since its a joke scenario. I will say, airstrike cooldown is a little bit broken, once you hit level 3 you can already get an airstrike every turn, but there's still 2 more upgrades after that.

I overall like the concept. That said, I do think it needs some rebalancing. Right now, its almost impossible on Mega Brutal and luck based on Brutal. 1 soldier, incredibly aggressive insurgents that spread across the map incredibly quickly thanks to airstrike splitting, and a crippling lack of funds which can only be fixed by finding camps (which may or may not spawn anywhere you can get to them, especially since you don't have drones to help detect them), as well as very difficult stability (Due to aforementioned lack of funds) - collectively, they combine to make the scenario obscenely difficult. I'd make it a little bit easier to get the intended effect.
