Allows farskip for caravans that are immobile and cannot move

I cant seem to get the mod to work im using vanilla psycast expanded

Thank you! No damn idea why they changed it... The 70 focus wouldn't be worth spending if you can't beam back home with you that 5k steel.

I'll have to double check with just Psycasts Expanded and this, but I'm unable to use it while immobile

@Victor Its probably fine, its possible they also patch the validity checks for farskip but I'd doubt it
