sub finder circuit for pvp

A relatively simple circuit that points towards the enemy sub's approximate location. No setup needed, just copy and paste the entire circuit into your sub! The arrows/lights should be dragged to somewhere visible.


Fundamentally, it uses position_out of hidden nav terminals and sends this to the other sub to compare with their own position.

Additionally, it does some math functions on the positions to obfuscate the subs exact position.
It reduces the map size into grids (140m x 140m by default), and outputs the ship as being in that grid.


The arrows will light up depending on if the opposing sub is roughly in that direction.

Additionally, when the subs are close together, all direction lights will blink and the buzzer will beep.
