i crafted this shotgun it's from doom enternal it's a double barrel shotgun with a grappling hook on the bottom which shoots two times the shotgun also shoot two at a time . how to use it first you shoot the grappling hook at you enemies and then shoot your shotgun at your enemies it will RIP AND TEAR Have fun killing demons >:) !!!
