Stalin No Longer Paranoid

Description
Tired of Stalin's paranoid antics? Want to remove a mechanic that makes the Soviet Union balanced? Want to create a wholesome Soviet Union with no purges? Well do I have a mod for you.

Adds a decision that removes paranoia from Stalin for free.

If Paradox ever updates the Soviet decisions this mod will break slightly. If so, yell at me in the comments and I will update it in ~3 years from when it breaks

THE MOD IS UPDATED!!!

For future reference this mod will break whenever paradox updates the Soviet decisions. If it breaks it'll take another 3 years or so for me to fix it.

With the By Blood Alone update there's a decision for aiding Sinkiang that broke. There's 2 lines with "fighter_equipment" needs to be changed to "small_plane_airframe" due to the plane rework. Can you please update this?

I'm subscribed and it's in the workshop. I've re-started the game and it doesn't go into effect
