Individual Carpentry/License Plates Workshop Requirements

This mod modifies the Workshop's requirements so that they only need to have Saw and a Carpentry Table OR a Saw and a Press.

This allows for the creation of individual carpentry workshops, as well as workshops that only make license plates.

This mod does NOT change what type of materials the room orders as that would most likely require individual Workshop rooms for carpentry and license plate manufacturing to be made instead of only changing the Workshop's requirements.
