Nothing, its just the server not supporting custom mods properly

I'm subcribed to both(B2K U.S. Marines (B2K U.S. Marines (for Security) & B2K CHARACTERS SHARED RESOURCES. In some servers the soldiers still having the vanilla uniforms and in other servers all security forces are invisible. What am i doing wrong?
