Developer's Notes

This is a second map I've created which has you starting out with a small agricultural community. The assets for this map can be picked up in the The San Martin Bay Collection and are listed below.

This map uses the following custom interchanges:

Additionally, below is small fictional history to get you in the mood!

History of San Martin Bay, CA

San Martin Bay was the home of the Costanoan people for centuries when it was first sighted by European Rodriguez Cabrillo, sailing for the Spanish, on November 11, 1542... the Feast of Saint Martin of Tours. Cabrillo noted the inviting shores, fertile lands and safe harbor of the bay which could serve as a perfect port and settlement.

Father Junípero Serra founded the Mission de San Martin at the center of San Martin Bay which was fortified by the Presidio de San Martin in 1791. The presidio was built to control access to the bay. Mexico assumed control of Alta California in 1810, in 1812 San Martin Bay was organized as the Rancho de Reyes and was awarded to Jose Antonio Reyes de Rodriguez.

Jose Reyes grew resentful of Mexican control of Alta California and joined the American rebellion against Mexican control during the Mexican-American War of 1848. Following the war the San Martin Bay area became a virtual bread basket for the growing metropoli of San Francisco and Los Angeles. The area was known for olives and oranges up to the Covid-19 recovery when the booming economy made a new metropolis on America's west coast feasible.

Assets for this map can be grabbed here, The San Martin Bay Collection.

This map Owl's Los Angeles which you can get using the afore mentioned link.

Just had a look at the screenshots of both of the maps you released today and both look very playable. Will have a look at them both on Sunday in more detail when I download them , though I will delete them after as currently building on 3 maps but thanks for making the maps and uploading.
