Maybe you forgot to add a Land in Trois? Since nothing is demanded at city hall either, the task appears impossible.

Hey! We've tried you map. I'm glad you've created your own land.
However it has 3 broken objectives. Here https://i.imgur.com/Vwu6vl3.png and here https://i.imgur.com/RvQKBYa.png town references are missing.
Here variable name was changed or you probably deleted to old one and created a new one. https://i.imgur.com/FxwdaAl.png
Please change the name to the original or (if doesn't help) delete the objective and add the same new.
