its like the sun but only for an already very good symbol, rare makes sense.

Hmm... it boosts one symbol, and yet it's a rare. If I had to guess, the decision to make it Rare instead of Uncommon stemmed from Toddlers potentially being able to give a jackpot if they eat something that same spin.
