Buffed Gigachad Leader with Multiplayer

Description
Improved version of Gigachad Leader originally created by J-12

- Added multiplayer support (Every country can now have one Gigachad)
- Buffed Gigachad
- Removed AI able to get Gigachad
- Fixed training time glitch

Will add more things if enough people say they want them.

Would be great if you could add command that would make the Based Coup trigger. I wanted to play as Britain but when elections came and churchill won (by an event) i had no way to get gigachad back.

These people may be able to help you modify it into your own version if you would like. Just get the files from the multiplayer gigachad I have uploaded (or the buffed one), then ask them for help

I decided to try out the Cold War Iron curtain and see if its works.
Results: He dose work but only for Marxist ideology like the USSR and North Korea for the Coup.
but works like the vanilla as a Field Marshal.
