Slime Symbols

Description
This mod adds 3 types of slimes!
FOR SOME REASON THE SPRITES DONT WORK WILL PATCH LATER.

Big Slime:
Value = 1
Rarity = Common
Effect = Big slime gets destroyed when next to highlander, ninja or chemical seven. When destroyed spawns 2 smaller slimes.

Medium Slime:
Value = 2
Rarity = Rare
Effect = Medium slime gets destroyed when next to highlander, ninja or chemical seven. When destroyed spawns 2 smaller slimes.

Small Slime:
Value = 4
Rarity = Very Rare
Effect = Small slime gets destroyed when next to highlander, ninja or chemical seven. When destroyed gives 25 money.

I honestly agree with a lot of people about the rarities for Big and Small slimes being swapped, but I also think that they should be added to the animals group, or at the very least the group with all the stuff buffed by Shrine

I really, really like this mod. This makes me eager to get a Ninja each game.

I see two "problems" overall which makes it OP: Common Rarity of Big Slime makes it too easy to obtain early-game/too hard late-game. Because Big add 4 Small, this generates a lot of Coin. All Slimes also get destroyed by the same Symbols, so frequently Medium/Small that get added are instantly destroyed as well.

I would flip the Rarity/Value of Big Slime and Small Slime and I would change the destroy Value of Small into 10 Coins making Small into a symbol similar to Milk (9 Value destoryed by Cat). That makes each Big into a potential 4 Small or 40 Coin, rather than into 100 Coin. Having a way to "generate" Slimes would also benefit as the board gets empty fast. Maybe having Slimes eat something to generate more Slimes (Like Banana Peels) or contribute towards an Item that generates them. (Such as Slimes eat Coins which then an Item generates a new Big Slime every 5 Coins destroyed.)

love this mod, it's a little difficult to set up but can really snowball a short game. wish there were some items or essences for slimes, like leveling up ninjas or enchanting the highlander with a certain number of kills

I think it would be cool, if arrows destroyed the slimes as well, don't know if it would be balanced or not though

My thought process behind this is that if you have the means to split the big slime you can profit a little through the mid came and into the early late game by continuing to slice the slimes up, i chose to make the big slime profitable to slice up by a little over double because the symbols to split it are situational already, and if you take slimes you understand that you are gonna flood your slots, so the bonus economy is balanced by the fact that slimes could disrupt your current engines , and they do not last forever unless you stop splitting them by removal. i chose to make small slimes common because that fits with the slime fantasy and if they are worth one it could be nice to find in the early game to try and build for the big slime if you want to get a cog or something.

i think making the split slimes have no rarity is a good balance idea. with what maybe was talking about i think it would fit the slime fantasy better if you made the slime work a little like this:
Big Slime:
Value = 4
Rarity = Rare/Vr
Effect = When split (same as what you had) forms 3 medium slimes.

Medium Slime:
Value = 2
Rarity = N/A
Effect = Medium slime gets destroyed when next to highlander, ninja or chemical seven. When destroyed spawns 4 small slimes.

Small Slime:
Value = 1
Rarity = common
Effect = Small slime gets destroyed when next to highlander, ninja or chemical seven. When destroyed gives 2 money.

I might put the small slime and med on no rarity so they dont spawn
