Can you please change the rule "At least two players at first eleven" because is OPTIONAL. The correct rule is: You don't have to start the match with two homegrown players in your fisrt eleven. Also this rule counts only in the beginning of the game and not for the whole game. You can substitude the Cypriots palyers. If you don't start with two Cypriots you get a fine only.

Also in the League sorting rules when some teams have the same points it has to be counted first the matches between the teams who are in the same position and then the goal difference.
