Simple dashboard microcontroller

Description
A minimalistic and informative dashboard microcontroller.

Displays:

🍋 current gear
🍋 speed
🍋 fuel level
🍋 status of the turn signals
🍋 stop signal (in order to turn on the stop light, you need to send a signal to both turn signals)
🍋 the current RPS in the form of a scale
🍋 state of the headlights (there is a low and high beam).

All ingenious is simple.
