Soulstealer

Description
Laugh as you stab your enemies with Soulstealer, then watch them writhe in agony as they are electricuted and their little remaining health is absorbed by you. Then, as they breath their last breath, their soul is torn out of their body and stored in one of your empty soul gems.

Basically, a specially enchanted ebony dagger. It shocks 6 points for three seconds, absorbs 6 points of health for three seconds, and captures souls.

It can be found on the floor on the second story of Proudspire Manor, right in front of the stairs. Be careful not to kick it!
Soulstealer might also be sold by merchants, but it will be very expensive.

So far there are no bugs. Please tell me if there are bugs! Also, if I got the enchantment wrong, please tell me because I am an unobservant idiot.

I tried not to make it too over-powered, but it still kills most humans in one hit. You ARE allowed to edit the enchantment and stuff, but YOU CAN NOT RE-UPLOAD THIS, EVEN IF YOU GIVE FULL CREDIT. We good? Good. 'Kay. Enjoy!

The mod should be compatible with all dlcs and mods as is doesn't really do anything at all. It's on the top story of proudspire manor just in front of the stairs. You might have accidentally kicked it.

Nice, I like dual wielding a dot wep in my right hand and a soul stealing wep in my left, so this is perfect!

Proudspire manor is the house that you can buy in solitude. If you don't own it yet, you either have to buy it or use the console commane "unlock" on one of the doors to get in.

Im looking for a one hit kill dagger for better assassin missions but its only an upgrade would be nice if you made that
