Ethanol Rocket Engine Fixed

This is a fix for the Ethanol Rocket Engine mod by Siphilis:

This mod a new rocket engine to both the base game and the Spaced Out DLC. It's based on the Petroleum Engine, but uses Ethanol as fuel instead.
Because of this, it's fully compatible with the Oni Assistant Rocket Calculator.

Based on pether.pg's "Rocket Presence Port"-Mod, the Ethanol Rocket has a toggleable Presence port:

The Ethanol Engines can be set to have a distinct tint to differ them from the normal Petroleum Engines.

This mod uses PeterHan's Libary to add options:

There's currently no known issues with other mods.

This mod should work just fine with the "Rocketry Expanded (DLC)" by Sgt_Imalas. Please note that their mod also allows the normal Petroleum Engine to use ethanol as fuel, making this mod less useful for the DLC.
