subscribe to the mod --> run the game --> open your prison --> go to main manu --> Extras --> Mods --> put Money Spawner to the Active Mods --> now you can just go to the staff square where you normally employ your staff like guards and doctors, and you will see 3 option to spawn money --> select one and place it on the ground

I noticed that after 15 Milions, sometime the 1$ spawn or burn option could not work
