Jeffery, "The Thot-Slayer"

Jeffery hates two things in this world.
One is understandable. Thots are an everpresent epidemic in the world of Neter. But the other, which to Jeffery is arguably more immediate, is the Deepwater Guard. These pirates have terrorized Neter for too long, and he'll put a stop to them, even if it means turning into a floating head with laser eyes. Jeffery is just, and his cause is noble. The Thot-Slayer has ascended to dab not on just women, but fully crewed warships.
