Description
Original ghost lake map fixed.

Fix spawns.
Fix wave events.
Fix spawn Boss.
Fix collisions.
Fix LOD.
Fog adjusted. (now there is a bit of better visibility on the boss).
Fix brigness.
Fixed a bug that prevented the map from starting.
The map was not tested in endless mode.
Hold dosh was added.
Adjusted spawn speed.
Access to Railgun Fix. (fire & explosion)

Map still has bugs though I really like the sunset fog gimmick a lot.
- Dosh zones give waaaaayyy too much money, please make it more sane like $360 not $3600-$6600.
- zeds get stuck in the upper floor of the house often
- zeds get stuck behind the lake, the side with the barricade not the fence.
