Welcome to Wisconsin, the Badger State!

Leader: Robert La Follette, Senator from Wisconsin

UA: "America's Dairyland"; With every new city, receive a chance of spawning Cattle in the surrounding area; start with Animal Husbandry.

UB: Creamery; Each Creamery extends Golden Age length by 10%. Provides a source of Wisconsin's unique resource, Cheese.

UB: Brewery; Wisconsin's unique Zoo replacement, the Brewery, is an excellent curb to Unhappiness and a boon to Culture.

UR: Cheese; Cheese provides +4 Happiness and +1 Food.

hey so uh...wisconsin has 13k happiness by turn 680, literally broken lmao

do these state mods work in the .....i belive its called the yet another map pack? if not could you update them so they are?
