UB: Government Contractor; Build Virginia's unique Government Contractor for a boost to Science and Gold. As a source of jobs, the Government Contractor promotes Population growth by carrying over 20% of food when a new Citizen is born.

UW: Monticello; Build Virginia's unique National Wonder, Monticello, for an all-around boost to Tourism, Happiness, and Worker output.

UI: Tobacco Plantation; Generates a unique Tobacco luxury resource that provides +1 Gold and +4 Happiness. +1 Culture with Navigation, +1 Gold with Fertilizer and Economics.

UR: Tobacco; Tobacco provide +1 Gold and +1 Culture and only appears once Virginia builds a Tobacco Plantation.
