Besides Yhatzee being spelled wrong as was pointed out, the Scoresheet is completely wrong concerning the official rules. I don't know what what scoresheet you got for reference, but if you do desire to ammend them with the official score sheet, here it is:

Aces(Sum of 1s):
Twos(Sum of 2s):
Threes(Sum of 3s):
Fours(Sum of 4s):
Fives(Sum of 5s):
Sixes(Sum of 6s):
Sum:
Bonus(35 if Sum>62):

3 Of A Kind(Sum):
4 Of A Kind(Sum):
Small Straight(30):
Large Straight(40):
Full House (25):
Chance (Sum):
