Murder in Brown's Mansion

Description



Detective,

There was a murder at the Brown's Manor.
A party of five people gathered there, and someone took the life of Mr. Brown. We have gathered the statements from all the guests.
We're sending you to the scene of the crime to find the identity of the murderer.
Now its up to you.

There were five people present.
  • Mr. Wilson
  • Mr. Anderson
  • Ms. Taylor
  • Ms. Thompson
  • and now departed Mr. Brown

Someone took the life of Mr. Brown. Who did it?



There are 6 secrets hidden in this level.
(by secrets, I mean a piece of paper with the word “secret” on it)
Can you find them all?



  • Don't drop important items from your inventory. Sneaky mice might steal it through the floor.
  • Bookshelves are hungry and might eat you if you are not careful.
  • A certain box and a litter bin may suddenly burst into breakdance if dropped from inventory. Probably not a good idea to let it happen.

Was fun to play but the secrets were hard to find. I onöly found #6 and whats with the white pawn?

good map only the "Game Over, Restart the room" is really exhausting and could have been solved better

Spoiler:

why is Miss Thompson the killer?
as far as I have understood:
-she was the first of the guests in the mansion
-she was shown the library she knew about the colored books
- when the lights went out, she didn't go to the exit like the others, but went into the library with a knife in her hand and knocked Anderson out.
-she saw the suitcase and threw the key in the trash can after the deed was done
-her statement was vague and she didn't mention the nosebleed, which she should have known.

Wow! Made it through the first 3 puzzles and when I guessed number 4 wrong, it said I had to start the room all over! Which I will definitely not do! Felt totally ripped off at the end. Recommend you change that feature so people can at least finish it after the time invested instead of feeling like it was just a total waste of time!

My party and I could not find Secrets #1 & #4 no matter how much stuff we rummaged through. I did like the whole concept of it, but our guess for killer was just based on a hunch. Would be nice to include more back story, so you can include possible motives for the guests. Anyway, fun room. Thank you.

Algo sencillo, pero bastante divertido, me encanto la temática y el ambiente estuvo bien logrado, tener que reiniciar la sala en caso de colocar algo erroneo, fue una mecánica interesante.

good puzzle, but would you mind explaining exactly why ms. thompson is the killer? my only logic was that she couldn't have seen mr. anderson's body on the floor? thank you very much!

Very short room. It turns out that finding the secrets was the bigger challenge than escaping the room.. Found #2-6. Can't find #1

GGGGRRRRRR!!! I just wanted to find Secrets #1 & #4 but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what to do!!!! I literally tore the place apart.
