Adds Worker Hubs functionality to all buildings in Colonies category

Full list of affected buildings:
  • Colony (Tier 1-3)
  • Research Outpost
  • Dome City
  • Tent City
  • Open City
  • Metropolis

Known bugs
Drone counter in the bottom left may not update after constructing or upgrading a building, however it will still work. To fix this, please reload the save
