Adds Worker Hubs functionality to all building in Power category

  • Wind Farm

Known bugs
Drone counter in the bottom left may not update after constructing a building, however it will still work. To fix this, please reload the save

BTW, another good target for this kind of shenanigan are maintenance buildings.

Can safely be added to an ongoing save. Just beware the huge jump on workers needed.
