Description
Made this for me but I'll share it for anyone who's interested :)

Tweaks:

Galaxy map
  • Galaxy zoom steps adjusted. Initial zoom step is no longer so zoomed in and steps are smoother now.
  • Distance that fleet icons, star names, and cosmic storm icons appear adjusted to work with the new zoom steps.
  • Border flags and nebula names removed.
  • Galaxy map is flattened. Min height was -20, max height was +20.

Cooldowns
  • Policy change cooldown set to 5 years. Was 10.
  • Species rights change cooldown set to 5 years. Was 10.
  • Government change cooldown set to 10 years. Was 20.
  • Min trade deal length set to 5 years. Was 10.
  • Move capital cooldown set to 5 years. Was 10.

Species traits
  • Trait modification base cost set to 0. Was 3000.
  • Robot trait modification base cost set to 0. Was 1500.
  • +2 base species trait picks.
  • +1 base species trait points.

Resource storage/cap
  • Base storage for energy is unchanged. Still 25000.
  • Base storage for minerals, food, consumer goods, alloys, volatile motes, exotic gases, rare crystals, living metal, zro, and dark matter is set to 25000. was 15000.
  • Influence cap is set to 10000. was 1000.
  • Trade cap is set to 500000. was 50000.
  • Minor artifacts cap is set to 20000. was 2000.
  • Astral threads cap is set to 5000. was 500.

Lots more civic points! I like empires to have lots of civics XD
  • Base civic points set to 6. Was 2.
  • Galactic Administration tech unlocks 3 civic points. Was 1.

Habitability effects
  • Low habitability no longer increases pop upkeep. Was up to +100% at 0% habitability. Why would they need more food and consumer goods? They wouldn't, that's why!
  • Low habitability now increases pop housing usage, up to +100% at 0% habitability. Reflects the strain on housing infrastructure due to life support systems.
  • High habitability now increases growth speed, up to +25% at 200% habitability.

Ascension perk slots set to 20. Was 8.

Random
  • Zero base amenity usage. Was 500 (5 before pop rework).
  • Start year set to 0. Was 2200.
  • Base leader pool size set to 6. Was 3.
  • Base research options set to 5. Was 3.
  • Fleet upgrade refund set to 95%. Was 75%.
  • 6 more rooms. Just originals with different colours.

English text adjustments
  • "Priest" replaced with "Guide".
  • "High Priest" replaced with "Elder Guide".
  • "Primitive Priest" replaced with "Pathfinder".
  • "Death Priest" replaced with "Death Cultist".
  • In-game descriptions for these priest job adjusted to reflect these changes.
  • In-game habitability description adjusted to reflect the changes.
