The vanilla post office is decent, but suffers from a lack on vans and trucks (and the slowness of the sorting facilities for that matter), not to mention the attrocious range.

Van count doubled (from 10 to 20)
Truck count quadrupled (from 2 to 8)
range expanded (from 700 to 4000 if i remember correctly).
