Instant Norscan Monster Hunts (UPDATED)

Description
Makes all the mission objectives a matter of maintaining a single coin in your treasury. If a quest does not progress then perform an agent action or you might have to end your turn. The only balance issue I have made is that monetary rewards are lessened with the hunt complete reward money is enough to cover the teleportation expense.

One way someone can help me with WHIII version would be to download that packfile and send it to me and see if I can see a solution. I don't have WHII installed anymore.

I remembered I had same issues as with this when I just quickly put it together. Problems with the RoR recruit and I tried to fix it before going to sleep, but couldn't remember how I got it working properly.
