Hm.. doesn't seem to work for me, even if I only try to enable Waifu Player Lite and this one, it doesn't let me back out of the Resource Packs screen.

@hollowednight You have a chance to get it from Halloween goodie bags, dropped by any enemy during the Halloween event, from October 1st to October 31st, iirc. You can set your computer's clock to any day of October, or just cheat the set in via Cheat Sheet/HERO's mod, or you can use Terrasavr via any web browser.
