Larger Base and Map

Makes the player's base size larger and the world map slightly larger. Specifically:

• config.regionsize.base.x=90
  
• config.regionsize.base.y=70
  
• config.regionsize.world.x=180
  
• config.regionsize.world.y=150

Vanilla (original) values:

• config.regionsize.base.x=50
  
• config.regionsize.base.y=50
  
• config.regionsize.world.x=180
  
• config.regionsize.world.y=100

I was inspired by Bigger World and Base. However, while I thought I wanted a slightly larger world map, I felt that 200x180 was just too big as I do not like much game lag. So I made this mod from scratch to fit my preference.

BTW: The size of the world map in this mod is exactly in between vanilla (original) and that of 'Bigger World and Base'. Some math:

Vanilla world map: 180x100 = 18000 units
'Larger Base and Map': 180x150 = 27000 units
'Bigger World and Base' map: 200x180 = 36000 units
Average: (18000 + 36000) ÷ 2 = (18000 + 18000 + 18000) ÷ 2 = 27000
