[OUTLANDS] - CH - Claymore Mk.3

Shortly after the peace treaty in-between CDF and Riders, the "Claymore" project was initially shelved since it seemed like there wouldn't be a need for a new Heavy Cruiser for the near future. However, with the recent assault during the peace talks by a new unknown faction, the engineer in charge of the project not only did resurrect it, but also tried to improve the ship design to meet the new needs for the fleet along to keep most of the features the previous prototypes provided. Trying to find a balance in between both comfort, functionality and survivability, the Claymore Mk.3 was born.
