Antistasi Faction Fix - MACV Redfor, ARVN Blufor

Description
Just a little mod which creates duplicate factions for MACV/ARVN/PAVN on OPFOR/BLUFOR/Independent respectively, required to play PostmodernCowboy's PAVN Antistasi Cam Lao Nam layer.

This mod is a must have for VN Antistasi, loving the PAVN edit too!

I see someone asking on the AS ultimate page for a mod like this but for OP spearhead, would this mod only work for Cam Lao with MACV and PAVN or could it possibly swap factions for any AS?
