Military tech on sandbox

Description
This mod enables the military tech tree on sandbox mode. The techs serve no functional purpose in that mode, so this is just for experimenting and testing.

Mod updated for home DLC: Continuous military tech added (not that it does you any good here)

Tried creating a new save in sandbox and I seem to still get an error before even getting into the map. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

I tried that at some point, but it didn't work. It seems like it might be possible within the modding system, but it is very complicated to set up.

Any chance of adding the enemy faction in for sandbox as well?possibly with that mod that allows them to reserch also.

Probably you need a new save for it in that case
