Welcome to the Roughrider State, North Dakota!

Leader: Milton Young, Senator from North Dakota, President pro tempore of U.S. Senate

UA: "Roughrider State"; North Dakotan units have +33% Strength and +33% Defense when in Desert, Plains, or on Hills. +10% Attack when outside Friendly Territory.

UB: North Dakota Mill and Elevator; The Mill and Elevator is an excellent option for growing North Dakotan cities, with advances in both Production and Population growth.

UB: Bank of North Dakota; Increases Gold production significantly by promoting good saving and spending habits in North Dakotan households and by offering competitive, fair loans to households and businesses. Trade routes other players make to a city with a Bank will generate an extra 1 Gold for the city owner and the trade route owner gains an additional 1 Gold for the trade route.

UW: Gol Stave Church; North Dakota's unique National Wonder provides an uptick in Faith and some Gold. In addition, the Gol Stave Church will yeild +6 Tourism upon discovering Flight.
