yes, my best guess though is that steam is just download corrupting for what ever reason

Have you tried a new game with Europa Expanded and this mod only?

yeah it was a fresh save, worked fine once I removed this, not sure why though

Did you start a new game? The update of Europa Expanded also breaks something for me

not sure why, but whenever I have this on and I try to save my game, it decides to CTD

There are duplicate names in the mission file with different duration
