Cracked Crown is a trinket that increases player's stats approximately by 20% if they already were increased.
To unlock it, you need to win 5 daily challenges in a row (they don't have to be consecutive, or at least it was like this before Repentance). The problem is, the Repentance v4.0.4 patch broke this achievement and now you can't get it in Repentance, according to Isaac's Fandom[bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com].

Find The Binding of Isaac game page in your Steam library. Go for the "Properties" section and delete the Repentance DLC. To do this, remove the check mark next to it. Don't worry, it won't affect your progress.

Download any AB+ compatible mod from workshop (For example "External item descriptions"). Open the game and turn it on.

Start the game with any save file. If you haven't killed Mom on it, do it (this is needed to open the debug console). Open the debug console by pressing "~" and write down the command "achievement 336". If you don't want to cheat, then you can spend 5 days of your life to actually complete 5 daily challenges, but remember that you need to win them all in a row, so it may take more than 5 days.

Close the game and download Repentance just like you've deleted it on the first step. Now you can delete your mod if you want to. Open the game and go to your save file, then open "Stats" and press "Alt+F2" to synchronize your stats with Steam achievements. Important note: if you have Nvidia's app "GeForce Experience" like I do, it may not work, because Shadowplay will take priority and will try to turn on the Photo mode as will be shown next. To fix it, shut down "NVIDIA Shadowplay Helper" process through the task manager.

I guess, that's it. Now you have Cracked Crown opened. In fact, you can open any achievement with this method. And even more, you could just unlock this achievement using "Steam Achievement Manager", but I don't recommend using it, as you'll take a risk of losing your account, 'cause Gaben sees everything :D.
